Translations of Absolute Value with Opposite

Constuct a base function f by adjusting the
coefficient sliders for a, and b. Then perform vertical and
horizontal translations of the function f by adjusting the h and k
sliders to modify the function g whose rule is g(x) = f(x + h) + k.
