Vertical and Horizontal Translations

Constuct a base function f (linear or quadratic) by adjusting the
coefficient sliders for a, b, and c. Then perform vertical and
horizontal translations of the function f by adjusting the h and k
sliders to modify the function g whose rule is g(x) = f(x + h) + k.
